Rumours abound that United will be making one major purchase this season. Ronaldo returning seems to be flavour of the month with the press but I'm not sure about that. Mind you if Nani goes.....
I'm hopeful we can get Lewandowski to partner RvP up front with Rooney playing behind. A quality CM is needed too.
Phil Jones is set to get a new long term deal which is good news. We still need a replacement for Evra, not convinced Buttner is anything other than cover.

very nice gesture by robin van persie that's emerged today, when he joined man utd, the no 9 shirt was still taken by berbatov so van persie took no20 which was available after fabio went to qpr. now the no9 is available sir alex has said to van persie he can take the no9 shirt now but van persie has said no and has said this in united review (united matchday programme)
