Personal health is more important than anything else and if something is stressing you to the point of affecting your health then it's time to cut it out.

Some things have been to do health problems so of which over years that have got more serious and I've new illnesses over years and pretty serious ones so I have been cutting back anyway, am not gonna lie say it's been easy because it hasn't been.There have been other factors as to why am cutting back but I've always tried to be respectful to other people whether agree or disagree and whether i like or dislike someone I have to be respectful other people views and opinions

I quite like your posts in general but you have retired and done comeback tours more times than Sinatra.
