I don't know if the guy is the owner or not, but the username colour is significant. Ordinary users are blue, verified models/females are given pink, I believe red is for those who are associated with another site. Other than that, only long serving members (over a thousand posts I think) can request a colour change for their username.
So it looks like the forum staff/admin have reason to believe this guy is associated with some other site, and a good number of his posts are in this thread, so draw your own conclusions

I've thought and been suspicious for a little while that a few of the posts in this thread seem contrived. Could be wrong. Then again, could be right.
