Still in pain with my left calf thought I could try some light stretches and it went again oh well

After a few months of still having problems with my left calf muscle went back to doctor a couple weeks ago and was sent for a load of blood tests. Got told some bad news about my blood results which is another set back. Am having to see a consultant next week about my health so on top of that with my on going knee problems, diabetes and high blood pressure what a way to see into 2016..
