Excellent show today, Anna belle was stunning , really good performance supported by good camera work , she said she wasn't back for a couple of weeks though !
Surely she is better than one shift every two weeks RLC, certainly much more enjoyable show from her compared to the standard shows we get from Modesty and Bex twice per week, Why isn't she used more ?

Shifts are allocated purely due to call statistics..
certain girls may not be to individual liking but if they generate more revenue then their popularity speaks for itself..
Girls also have private lives to consider, many can't work more regularly or can't work the available dates due to commitments, many have other jobs, childcare and pet care to consider.
If a girl is doing well it's only obvious she will be given shows to reflect her earning potential.
Basically, if you want to see a girl more often you need to support her by calling her instead of watching! Or help promote her on social media to help her statistics?
Finding new RELIABLE talent is difficult, many fresh faces to the industry don't come with an existing loyal or regular fan base so rarely generate good enough revenue to guarantee regular work.

Thanks for the reply, if she's not on she can't have call stats ?? If anothe girl is the only choice the she will have good stats, maybe nit great but better than the girl that isn't on.
Cannot believe Tara call stats are worse than Bex or Modestys !!

Call stats is the daily minutes generated by that show not average.. Each performer is self employed and only as good as their last show.
Good stats are "minutes generated" by that show NOT Viewers.
You may not believe facts but Kellie, Bex and Modesty are most popular they each have very large followings and regular callers. By you saying RLC don't listen to fans is ridiculous as the Rota is catered to callers preference due to stats.
They have impeccable phone manner and focus their attention on the caller and pleasing them not the viewer. If you want a girl to move or wear something to your liking simply call her. All the girls want please their callers. Simple. Some girls wear the same outfit as they have regular callers that request that colour/style etc. They are listening to fans, just the ones that provide them with more work by calling not moaning on a forum.
Sometimes you can put the performance of your life on but if it doesn't generate calls then it won't pay the wages therefore you won't be booked!..
It's the same as models used on the front of a magazine, they'd use the same cover girl every week if that model sold more copies than any other!
Many popular girls receive calls due to their personality and what they give and say on a phone call, not what they do on camera. If you like a girl and want to see her more often you need to call, it's your choice!
RLC would love to give certain girls more shows but it is a business.

Thanks again fir the response, the point im making is , if it's only ever the sand girl doing tailored shows fir her fans she will always have good stats, she wouldn't be doing itbif she didn't, how does a different girl get a chance if it's only ever the same girls .
I see lots of time off phone when Bex and Modesty are in but not like that when Tara or Anna belle are in, how can less calls be more lucrative for the company?
