I think the airforce goons who dragged him off were way too soft...a nice tasering and some heavy baton blows....and the other passengers wouldnt of had to put up with the guy screamingImportantBig Grin

The passengers lawyers say that a lawsuit is probably going to follow.

Also today a husband and wife were headed home on a United flight when a scorpion fell out of the overhead compartment. The husband was then stung by the creature, which was subsequently killed by another passenger. The man was treated plane.

Reports regarding American Airlines say that, on flight 591 from San Francisco to Dallas, one of the airline's employees admonished a passenger for attempting to store her stroller in an overhead bin. The employee allegedly got physical and threatened another passenger who stood up for the woman. The employee has been suspended.

After it was noted that the incident had been caught on video a member of the ground flight crew, apologised and upgraded the woman after incident over the stroller to first class

Customer service seems to be a rare thing for domestic flights in the U.S by the looks of it Rolleyes

You have to ask how the passenger managed to get the stroller on the plane.
They usually advise you that they have to go into the aircraft hold at the gate.
And the passenger must have had to pass the stewardess (bouncer) to show her ticket when she boarded the plane. You'd have thought that they would have stopped her from entering the plane with it.

Major failure by the Airline for allowing her to carry the stroller onto the plane and another major failure for employing a shaven headed oik with a classic case of small man syndrome. I love how he acts the hard man when he thinks that passenger is safely in his seat then resorts to the classic "hit me, hit me" when challenged. If that had happened on anything other than a plane he'd be picking his teeth up off the floor.
