Good to see Mark Wood ripping into the South African batting..

England have won the toss and asked South Africa to bat first. There could be high scoring today, as Taunton is a small ground.

South Africa 174/8 from their 20 overs. I'd guess that's below par and England must be favourites from this position.

England somehow managed to lose this game, despite being in the dominant position of 124/1 after 13 overs. Roy was given out obstructing the field, but even so South Africa did brilliantly with the ball in the closing overs to win a game they looked as though they had lost.

England 171/6 and the series is level. Much debate about the obstructing the field decision, but I thought it was the right decision.

South Africa won the toss and will bowl first

England making the changes. Morgan has dropped himself so that he can see how a few new batsmen perform.
Buttler to captain the team

England get 181-8 off their 20 over.. Bad batting by England at the death

RE: England v South Africa 2017 - William H Bonney - 25-06-2017 16:35

At one stage England must have been wondering if they could get close to 200, but the last 3 overs produced only 21 runs (and 5 wickets).

I am liking Mason Crane.
Not afraid to loop the ball up and work through his variations. Good stuff Big Grin.

Good performance by the whole of the England team. They've fully deserved their victory
