Happy birthday to the channel that has set a record for the most false dawns, TV screen blackouts, static or non existent camera operators, removal of stimulating sets and relinquishing of so much talent to it's chief rival including the babe who was the face and voice of the channel for so long

Happy birthday to the channel that gave us the unmitigated shambles that was Studio 66 USA
.Happy birthday to the channel that gave us the most constant, unbearable whiff of peckingorderitis along with the unpalatable stench of double babe stints of no value or consequence
.Happy birthday to the channel that has generated the most amount of call cut offs and sending back to menu systems in my entire calling career thereby creating a plethora of complaint e-mails to customer service from yours truly
.In the former guise Elite TV had birthdays worth celebrating. Back in those days it's nightshow product was worthy of acclaim.
Alas the same cannot be said with anywhere near the same regularity anymore.
Not that BS is much to write home about either but I digress
