Andrew Robinson as Charles "Scorpio" Davis in Dirty Harry he was a complete psycho in that movie. My fav scene is when he kidnaps the bus full of kids and makes them sing and one poor kid gets clapped in face by him he just looked insane lol.

Yang Sze aka Bolo Yeung always played a memorable villain. He was basically the go to rent a baddy in every notable or in some cases forgettable martial arts film since 1973.He played sadistic henchman Bolo who enjoyed breaking backs and necks in Enter the Dragon and also seemed to take the same pleasure hurting people as Chang Li in Bloodsport,Chang Lee in Bloodfight and Moon in Double Impact.

Mister Frost(1990)

A really unsettling turn from Jeff Goldblum as the titular character, who starts off by being sectioned after dozens of bodies are found buried on his property.Refusing to speak,he later reveals to a psychiatrist that he is in fact the devil.

Darkness from the film Legend(1985).An extraordinary make-up job from Rob Bottin brought to life with a frightening performance by Tim Curry.

The Kurgan (Clancy Brown) - Highlander (1986) - The immortal nemesis to Christopher Lamberts Connor Macleod. An excellent turn from Brown as the villain in the Highlander franchise who will stop at nothing to be 'The One' - sadly imo none of the follow up's inc. the tv series came close to matching the excellent impact he had.

John Ryder (Rutger Hauer) - The Hitcher (1986) - An erie calm but truly psychopathic role portrayed by Hauer who prey's upon the people that offer him a ride. His relentless pursuit of C.Thomas Howells - Jim Halsey is the focus of the film but it's Hauers turn as the villain that steals the show imo.

Not sure if she has been posted but what about the ultimate hot, sexy villainess on television -in the 70's the late Jacqueline Pearce, who envoked many a wet dream for callow youths playing Servalan, the evil ruler of the Federation in Blake's 7, the cult sci-fi series(which also had some other sexy babes in it)

Garthe Knight

Here’s a fun one known as the evil Michael Knight, gotta feel sorry for the poor sod. Becomes evil his father Wilton Knight has him locked then Wilton Knight not only changes Michael Long to Michael Knight but has his face changed to look like his son Garthe no wonder he hates Michael Knight kinda don’t blame. Garthe having a earring, facial and a tan is the only thing that stands him and Michael apart and obsession with African rats lol.
Garthe also doesn’t want the world but he wants everything his own words what ever that means lol.

Perhaps the cars were hero and villain KITT vs KARR too - although KARR ends up going over a cliff in the end.

T-Bag from Prison Break

He was a nasty piece of work and brilliantly played by Actor Robert Knepper.
