Is it actually A DDOS attack or has someone stolen the batteries from Diane Abbott's Speak & Spell?

Labour pledges 'free broadband for ALL'.
The plan would be Labour would pay an 'undisclosed sum' to nationalise the BT Openreach network and paid for by £15bn of borrowing. Does this therefore mean that to qualify for it, you would have to switch from your current provider over to Openreach?

Also Labour's manifesto will be "signed off" on Saturday.
