Why would this weekend be seen as a Bank Holiday by anyone when the actual Early May Bank Holiday is next Friday to coincide with the 75th Anniversary of VE Day?

An Australian facebook message stated that buffets were going to be a thing of the past. It's too easy for the virus to spread from person to person.

I've been looking for suitable face masks when I go in enclosed spaces. (buses, trains, shops etc)
I've heard that it's possible to make two from a bra. And padded bras are preferable.
As the girls often sell on their used garments. I wonder if any of them are willing to supply one to a worthy cause.
