Anyway, naan bread today, but also my 1st takeaway curry since covid. So I went on-line to check to see if they had made any changes to opening times etc. Firstly it was telling me that it was open from 9am-5.30pm, bit strange I thought, not much call for a curry in the morning. Scanning further down i notice "Is it safe to eat at ......". I click on that & there is a Food Hygiene rating of 1 - Major Improvement Necessary. it was previously a 4. I took this all onboard gave them a call & the answerphone message said it was open from 5-11pm as normal. Then I took the decision that it would more than likely be fairly safe after a check I just hope that they have got their act together. I'm still alive at the moment so I might have got away with it Getting back to the bread, I bought my naan from the shop down the road cos it's cheaper & I prefer it.

Incidentally on my travels today, around the local supermarket, I picked up these delicious looking slices Wink - (this is just an internet photo btw Smile)

I've never tried their version of Focaccia before but these looked nice so I'll probably try them with a bacon and mushroom pasta dish when I cook it Smile - I do love a standard french baguette with a bit of butter, tiger bread (love the smell of tiger bread) and even garlic bread, but for me, Focaccia is probably one of my favourites Wink

There's a newish babe who's appeared on S66 webshows, who goes by the name of Brea Rose. Whenever I see her I just want to call her Bread Roll, like it's just some crazy ass typo.Big Grin

I was ordering my Takeaway Sunday Lunch the other day from when I spotted the desert menu. It had one of my all time favesHeart, Bread & Butter Pudding. A simple dish, but when done properly with great ingredients, creams a must, it's outstanding, better than sex Surprised no wait, better than really bad sex, or at least better than a Babeshow wank.Wink
