Simple question to those that have voted do they want this contest stopping and restarting with a 13 month format,
I am only interested in those that have voted as it's who it would effect,
If most of you want to change I will start over later this week please let me know your thoughts

This is the part that you haven't fully grasped. The move you made 4 years ago sorted nothing. I can guarantee that in the following 3 years babes will have missed out. It wouldn't take me long to give examples. The fact that nothing was flagged-up has made it look like a solution. Pure luck.
For the LAST time I will explain, in a 365 day comp it's irrelevant what month you start, if you start in June & finish in June, then any babe who debuts on July 31st or before will never have a chance to compete as a Newcomer.

A 13 month comp would be progress, no doubt. Personally, I'd want longer, if you're going to make a change, then make the best chance possible, otherwise, further tweeks may be necessary.
If everyone agrees that one extra month is long enough to get noticed by the majority, then fine. What are we looking at, 2 or 3 shows a week on average so that's 8 - 12 shows, is that long enough. Consider that they will most likely be all webshows, as it's highly unlikely that a new babe would be thrown onto tv, it usually takes months, at BS, maybe XP is different.

Sorry to crash an award thread, but if you make the award over 13 months and longer, it would then become possible for a girl to win the newcomer award twice, which isn't what your aiming for.
Winsaw could concider making the eligablity from the start of October to the start of October the following year, and anyone starting on the shows (when they become better known) after that time is eligable the following year.

Well in 2019 Maria Smith was a truly outstanding newcomer, proven by the fact that she featured in the UK Babe Channels Babe Of The Year vote and was also the winner of the Empress of Xpanded award that year. However in the newcomer of the year vote she was mysteriously nowhere to be seen, so how is it a fair competition?

To me if you don't vote them you really haven't got anything to say about the vote
Rubbish. It just seemed that way because a potential winner like Zoe didn't get caught up in it.
Moving the dates about changes nothing. Babes can, and do, start on the shows at any month of the year. And you don't need to have a 13 month qualifying period either.
You can stick with 12 months if you use a qualifying period each year of 1st Oct to 30th Sept for the vote held in Nov.
This will achieve the same thing as a 13 month period but still means no babe ever gets two cracks at the title.

You never voted for her that year so it can't have bothered you that much,
She debut in Jan 19 so had over 10 months to impress people and get a vote in this an advantage over many girls who debut later, people simply choose like yourself not to vote for her,
