ToyaHeart, when you read this, give Partyboy a slap. I sent a text at 12.45. Its now nearly 3.30. I've been charged for the text but it hasn't been read yet. And its not like ToyaHeart hasn't been on the mic. I've even rang in & essentially wasted another £5 to ask if there's any chance of some texts being read. 'Lost in the system' isn't a good excuse Partyboy.
*angry but got a 2min chat & giggle outta of ToyaHeart so I might let Partyboy live*

OK, scrap the above. Im pissed now. 3hrs, Toyas finished her shift & Ive essentially being robbed of over £5. £1.50 for the text that 'got lost in the system' yet I pretty instantly got the chargeable reply (whereas that can take a while when theyre not really asking for texts), then another £3 for the first call I made where I went through to a dead line on option 1 (and they switched the phone pretty much as soon as I hung up) then ANOTHER £3 for the very brief conversation with Toya (OK, that was kinda OK, apart from the 'lost in the system' comment from Partyboy). Im really not happy bout this. Its not like I dont spend enough fn money without getting screwed like this. And its not like Ive not sent texts that I never saw get read before either, but usually its because its been too late in a shift/stint & there just hasnt been opportunity to read them (I realise that calls take priority as the channels cash cow) but this just takes the piss!!! Sorry to hijack my lovely ToyasHeart thread, but we dont have ModSta style thread for daytime. annoyed annoyed annoyed
