Action Man: I had the Land Rover. Also seen here the Talking Tank Commander and the Adventurer(which is what I got for a birthday one year).

There were two versions of the talking tank commander, the original had a backpack which played tiny discs (each about the size of an old 10p) there were 2 or 3 included I think. The second version had the voice built into the actual action man , he had a speaker on his back, you then pulled a string on his neck to hear random phrases.

The tractor looks really good.I never got much Lego as a kid but I had loads of tractors and farm toys made by Britains.

(Some good stuff there, we didn't have Marvel milk though but of the sweets I liked rock hard sugar mice rather than chocolate mice, the black jack turned your tongue black, flying saucers were fun and all cost 1/2p each. Bunsen burner and the stand I remember well and you might be interested to know that those albums used to feature a Page 3 girl-that one is the gorgeous Jilly Johnson FYI.)
