why doesn't capello called up southampton's rickie lambert surely he deserves a chance in the england team - he's a proven goalscorer, scores with his head, both feet & he is the joint championship top scorer
england vs spain music advert/match of the day 2? - i'llbeback123 - 11-11-2011 20:42
hey does anybody know the band that plays the music in england v spain advert on itv1, i heard it so many timez on the telly, it a techno-beat and i think that some of the lyrics go "can you feel it" - also keep hearin the same music only a bit shorter on motd 2 (match of the day 2) when colin murray say "now let's look at the rest of satuday's action" - not normally a fan of techno music but the beatz catchy! anybody knows?

Don't jump to conclusions, or as your manager says, "wait until the cat is in the bag"
You might actually be heading to Ukraine Anyway, well done on the result. It's not that often that a Trappatoni team gets four, is it?

It looks pretty even so far and I think England are holding their own here.

Two really well taken goals from Keane, shows his move to the States to play MLS for LA Galaxy hasn't deterred his hunger for the game. An all round solid performance by the Irish, and they took full advantage of the nine men. Under Trapattoni they just don't look like conceding goals, far more solid in defence. I'd look forward to seeing them in the Euros next year (assuming they get there). I'm sure they will though.

We may have beaten Spain, but it'll be a different Spain team in Poland in a couple of months' time.
