He probably was looking to be PM himself

^ He would have to become an MP first, and that would probably require him to wear a suit rather than the Harry Enfields " Kevin thr teenager " way he normally dresses.

Sir Keir Starmer said at PMQ's today Boris Johnson is a super spreader of confusion, he's 100% spot on. Yesterday was a perfect example when the government minister doing the media round said you dont have to isolate when pinged by the app, yet no 10 basically said you do have to isolate.

plus the government has said they are not to bring in covid passports for things like nightclubs, yet earlier this week the government said they are bringing in covid passports for nightclubs

This goverment has never been one for doing things by the book I thiink this wek has to be a record week for government U turns.

How many ministers not sitting at the cabinet tabel, actually KNOW what is going on. Is this govenment not informing them??

Considering the ones in cabinet are clueless, what hope do the others actually have. Blind leading the blind springs to mind.

Couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery.
If they fell into a barrel of tits, they'd come out sucking their thumb.
Couldn't get laid in a brothel.

Etc.

Also, Boris is apparently not willing to apologise for his comment about the over 80's. He really is a nasty little bastard isn't he bladewave

He can't apologise without admitting he said it...

The experts predicted that the covid cases could exceed 100,000 to 200,000 a day.

However the figures have reduced over the past few days. Yes the hospital and death figures have risen but they always follow the trend where they are delayed by a few days.

We have also had good weather and a football competion where people have been mixing more frequently.

So why have the figures started to reduce?
Have people stopped reporting, or are we starting to get closer to herd immunity.

I also notice that France may be moving from amber+ to amber at the next Grant Shapps meeting

There's a new variant causing concern.

Inital finding show that the Gamma variant has a high attack rate even against those who have been fully jabbed.
