max user connections - rama lama ding dong - 05-12-2016 10:25

often get the 'max user connections' message around 8.30am and can't access the site but, when I just got in it said 423 users in the last twenty minutes which I doubt is more than the max number. only thing that jumps to mind is someone is using some automated system at that time and it looks like there's more users online than there are.

It's the daily back up. It used to happen between 7am - 7.30am but it now happens later.
It's a pain but one we have to bear.

i'm having issues also. i think there's server maintenance happening, but i'll bring it to the attention of admin.

I am getting the My BB SQL error message intermittently all day today on some pages but not all Huh.

The site seems very slow today. Just had a 500 Internal Server Error message.

Had the My BB SQL error message several times trying to post this.

Thanks for your reports today and apologies for the inconvenience. The problem is currently under investigation and hopefully will be resolved soon.
