Depends on the individuals contract, but 50% sounds accurate. "Scammed" would be the wrong way of putting it as no one is forced to sign.

Brooksie Brooks. I really like her but i don't think she should of cleaned up the awards this year i can name about 5 babes that have been better then her this year.
Think she should have a chance to win the booty award but that's about it because man she showed her booty in a good way this year.

Award winners are always going to be subjective, until we can make a more objective process like most called, most buzzed, most perved etc.
It's the same with how most overrated and most underrated will always be subjective too.
Brooksie's award success might be due to the type of FTA show she puts on in comparison to her daytime and night time peers.
Also punters might use various reasons for deciding who to vote for, like what she looks like, what she does, what she wears etc.
I agree with you about Brooksie having a cracking arse.

How people vote always baffles me. If Brooks wins the UK Babe Channels Night Babe of the Year, the surely the Ultimate Babe Award is exactly the same. Some say different, but for me they're the same. The only difference is the knockout format in the Ultimate Babe award kicked Brooks out at the last 8 stage. Brooks was 2nd seed, but it roughly the same members voting you would expect her to be No.1 seed. Perhaps, after her win, some voters who were maybe 50/50 on Brooks & another babe, figured, why not have a different winner.
The difference to winning & losing is a marginal thing. Another factor is that we are always looking for the next best babe, often newish babes fair better than some established babes, I think we can get blinded & overlook how good some of the established babes still are, in comparison to the newer ones.
I think it's far too early for Brooks to be considered overrated. She's still relatively new, so far, she's been consistently excellent in terms of performance on web & tv, that is clear to see, regardless of whether her figure & overall looks are what appeals to everyone. She has one of the best attitudes & comes across as being very humble regarding her success.

Objective success is acknowledged in other ways. This business, like any other business, works on a holistic system of checks & balances, quality rather than just quantity.
Your suggested criteria are all flawed - such as the most calls; someone could take lots of short calls in the same time that someone else takes longer calls - is that fair then?
Take the "best avatar" award in this forum, where you can win the same award with the same bloody avatar year in and year out. This makes no sense at all!
