Feeling very negative about my teams chances, whilst the Chiefs are flying the Niners are not at their best, & will their best be enough to win.
The biggest worry for me is the 49ers defense, the pass rush is just not getting it done with the 4 man front, generally they're a none blitzing D that play mostly zone, although they look week in the secondary, hampered by injuries. They have to take a few risks to get to Mahomes, but then his scrambling ability hurts you. Worse still the run defense hasn't been great Pacheco will be a threat. Kelce has stepped up in recent weeks & has become Mahomes main target again, yet the ball gets spread around all the receivers who seem to have put all the drop catches behind them.
Purdy is an unknown on this stage, & has to perform against a desense that is playing at a high level & giving up so few points. I think that CMC has to have a massive game for the Niners to succeed.
Finally it has already been discussed here that KC have the edge in the kicking game.

^^ yes it's tough to read this one. It should be close, I'm sure it will be. According to Bet365 though KC are slight underdogs on the money line at 2/1. Despite that confusing forecast though, Kelce is fancied to score a TD and complete 75+ receiving yards.
Personally I like the look of a bet builder selection boost offer - both Purdy and Mahomes to complete 2 or more passing touchdowns in the match and the 4th quarter to be the highest scoring.
There's good match ups all over the field here for me.

I'll say it'll end up as a 1 score game in favour of the.. 49 Niners..(I know how bad my predictions are sometimes!)
A friend of mine did a youtube preplay using Pro Strategy Football 2024 (great American football game), and both QB's ended up injured and KC conceded a safety (which has to be an outside bet on happening!!), I don't think either team will ever let that happen.

I think the 49ers are the better team
It's hard for me to pick against Patrick Mahomes though
