The number of covid case has fallen slightly over the last few days.. comparing the same day as last week.
The biggest drop is in the number of under 20 year olds with the infection.
The experts say that it's probably down to about 75% of all 5 to 14 year olds already having the infection over the past 18 months.

Virus modellers have stated that the expect the numbers to sharply fall in early November.

Astra Zenica that it's new antibodies injection can reduce the risk of Covid by 83%, even after 6 months of having just one jab.

Whereas existing vaccines can fall and lose half of their effectiveness within a few months.

The company says that it's artical antibodies injection could offer protection for up to a year. But the jab is still having it's trails and the results will not be available for months.
