Yes Leicester City have been relegated from the top flight 12 times (a joint record with Birmingham City).

So Steve Cooper is the man (3 year contract). The reaction I've seen from Leicester fans so far has been largely negative, but personally I'm happy with the appointment.

What a good result for Leicester after an inspired performance by our legal team. This is the second season in a row that we've successfully appealed against charges for financial rule breaches. We're still facing another charge though, so we need our lawyers to go for their hat trick.
