well its only for smile tv2, they might move it over to smile tv. Also it could be they're not allowed a new licence from Offcom. tho really we won't know.

I'm surprised it got on the Freeview platform at all really.Cellcast knew it had a limited licence so did something to get the callers in while they could,which was great for us! Have you seen the infomercials about the over 75's getting Freeview installed for nothing before the big switch off? I can see why the government would not want that sort of channel in every home for free! I assume channel 37 gets away with it because there is no 'non accidental' nudity and it doesn't start until 3am.For Cellcast to have the only freeview 'adult orientated' channel is a big plus for them so they are probably content to at least have the one.

I've been told that rights to air on freeview fall under the juristiction of Ofcom AND the BBC. Which is why they initially didn't show boobs. It was apparently the BBC who sent them a letter saying they could, that's when the boobies came out. Thank you BBC!

If you still have your Sky dish and box just switch it on and you get them all for free and most of the normal Freeview channels too! You need a one off £20 card from Sky to view Channel 4 and 5 because of some strange agreement they have it also gives you a couple others as well.If you don't have Sky any standard decoder or a refurb. one from ebay and a dish pointed at Astra 28.2 will give you all the 900 fun you will ever need!
You also get the zone channels,horror,true movies and movies for men which are always showing some sort of nudity

Niiiiiice, Cheers Dreamlander. I just hate the SKY EPG the way that you have to troll through all the channels you can't watch until you finally find one that's free to air. I got bored of it in the end. There should be a sub menu that just lets you choose between the ones you can actually see. Slightly infuriating otherwise.
