I believe the domains at least hi2 were originally intended for some sort of gaming channel IPTV venture mobile gaming (Yes confusing is it not)... which folded.. at least if you look on the wayback machine from a long time ago and dig up some press releases...

Indeed. Howcute is just a free website to publicise the channel (web forwarded from Ning http://www.ning.com/) and her so called dating website (hi2.com) is just a skin for easydate.com.

There's definite mixed messages being given, without giving names i've chatted with 2 girls on there with conflicting stories.
1 said yes and the other was saying they are being prevented.
If it's confusing us viewers just think how poor ol' Ofcom must feel Big Grin
