Setter is right about reality shows casting people. I know somebody who used to appear in the audience of Big Brother's Big Mouth every year, he was a character. Channel 4 got him an agent and he's in the recent series of Coach Trip.

It's evolved since the first series, I think. Now, I expect the majority of them to be fame-seekers. It's interesting to me to see how far they will go to get what they want.

And I have been wanting to shave Halfwit's head since the start...I'm sure I could do a better job than Marcus, actually - the way he did it looked a bit brutal
I think this Saturday, BB should give them the traditional 'barbershop' task where they have to fill a container with hair, in order for them to earn alcohol

Well of course it's contrived, and most viewers (except those who write to actors and producers with death threats when their fave reality / drama program doesn't go the way they want) realise this.
BB go out of their way to CAST a variety of societies oddities. The average person would more than likely clam up if their every moment was broadcast 24 hrs/day.
I would rather watch a Hunter and Predator nature program than badger watch thank you very much!
These poeple are prostituting themselves for our viewing (pleasure remains to be seen) and it makes me feel better to know that for all their front, they are truly pathetic...

jst been watching bb and i have realised that markus is the worlds biggest tool . to quote " i can fukin pull this myself i dnt even need u lot" he was talking about the task pulling the 4 toone truck. they just manneged it with 3 of them. another reasen i dislike the guy he just looks so stupid needs a haircut and to get rid of that stupid fuckin beard, he is also very overconfident and vulgar this just grates me

it looks like another lesson in irony is needed for this person. you see when he said 4 ton. thats nothing. i could pull that myself. well to make it simple for you 4 ton is obviously alot. its sortof like on a sunny day without a cloud in the sky someone saying aah it looks like rain.
its still amazing that marcus' humour is too complicated for some people. anyone would think that uk people are being replaced with americans who have no understanding of irony.

Did anyone see the original footage? Can anyone clarify:
1) Who actually called Noirin a rabbit?
2) Was it Marcus or Kris or someone else who said 'Sophie might go because she's quiet'??
Or was the whole point of the show to make housemates look like liars and gossipers?
I just found it annoying; what are C4 playing at?
