Not exactly fascism what is happening but it's on that slope. Strange times we're living in when lefties are annoyed that the right wing government aren't being authoritarian enough. speaks volumes though...

Inciting the arson of MP's offices simply is not acceptable behaviour.

If by unacceptable you mean worthy of arrest then i disagree. It's a shitty thing to say and he's certainly a weirdo that should be ignored but arresting him for it is just stupid. If he told me to jump off a cliff i wouldn't do it.

Incitement was a crime, but I think the law changed a while back, so I think it's only punishable if acted upon, but somebody with more knowledge on all things legal could probably give more context. He will definitely be on a watch list for his nonsense, if he wasn't already, but either way, muppets like him need to be ignored. He's a real world troll, feeding off other muppets who are all very, very stupid.
He's more likely to end up in a padded cell than a jail cell, considering he's as nutty as a squirrel turd.

If he wasn't given media attention, he'd just be another nutter shouting on a street corner, being ignore by most people.

Hong Cong university has found what they think could be the reason the Omicron is transmitting so fast and not making many people very ill, all other sorts of covid have gone for the lungs where it dose more damage but finds it harder to get out, the new one sticks in the throat so much easier to breath out but not doing as much damage and so passing sooner,

If the news story is true about anti - vaxxers (polite term for them) booking slots merely to prevent others from taking them up??............Iron Fist time!! and where it hurts too!! Benefits, Liberty (at least for a while - though who would miss them) gone!!!!!!!!!!

I really hope it isn't true, but given just how fucking stupid this world has become I can see it happening.
It may still be a choice to get vaccinated, but stopping others is just selfish, and should be met with some sort of punishment for sure.
All these idiots do is think about themselves, some people don't have a choice either way (whether they can't get it, or must get it), but where is the sense of community, caring about others and being part of the solution, instead of being an ignorant problem.

Reminds me of a theory that someone once suggested during the height of the Brexit debates:

“What the world needs is a great big war.”

He went on to argue that all of human history until the late 20th Century was about the clash of civilisations. We have evolved — as a species — to be in constant battle.

Now, it’s been two generations of comparatively peaceful existence between nation states and we’re not coping with it very well.

We are constantly conjuring new ‘wars’ to fight — whether it’s with the French for stealing our fish or the ‘establishment’ for trying to poison us with vaccines.
