This happens when you don't have enough bandwidth available, or your version of Flash is out of date.
Initially, update your Flash player.
Then make sure NOTHING else is doing ANYTHING on your internet connection. Stuff like watching a live stream, iPlayer, Spotify and especially running any torrent software creates this problem.
It's not a rip off, it's an error. I'm more than happy to refund you any credits you feel were 'ripped off'.

If i have to I'll post a cam view pic every time it's on cause people have the right to know if their going to be ripped of by getting the same cam view they can see for free on TV!!!!
