Just for info my old 1050 credits turned into 89 new credits - once I can work out how to do it I'll be asking to close down my account and get a refund because there's no spy option now

Seems like the bugbear with BS Cams is having now free chat and no Spy option

I'd politely point out to them when you do work it out that you had more credits thsn you actually and they should restore the credits asap if they refuse to do so then kick up a stink and threaten to close your account

This was the email of the guy that was dealing with the credit issues on the BScams at the time I had issues. Not sure if its changed to a different guy with the new website and all, but its worth a shot.

89 for 1050? i would have thought as they have reduced the credits needed by x10 they would have given you 105...

i saw lola was asking 3.5 and 4 credits a minute to watch her camshow...
fair enough when you have 1050 to burn but when your down to 89 it seems like a lot less.

but then again they were asking 40 credits a min to watch spy and group so it looks like prices are about the same.

I guess they would only do refunds on credits above 100 anything less, they're probably saying forget it!!

the money is yours until you spend it.
no mate they have to refund every penny by law, as the money is yours until you spend it even after you have bought credits.

so get in touch with them and they will sort you out and the money should be returned to you in less than 30 days.
