Australia make 2 changes. Peter Siddle is in for Josh Hazlewood and Mitchell Marsh comes in for his brother. England are unchanged because Anderson is ruled out again and with overcast conditions it looks like a good toss to win.

Good to see that Warner allowed Rogers to walk out before him in his last test.

Just saw this ad before the start of the match. Very funny

A good opening session for Australia and they go into lunch on 82 without loss. Rogers and Warner have played carefully.

Australia resume this morning on 287/3 after a great day for them yesterday. Putting them in to bat isn't looking a good decision now.

It's very worrying
The wicket at the oval traditionally gets faster as the match progresses. Admittedly it has looked pretty slow and tame do far. The Aussies have shown how to bat. You are allowed to leave some balls and play yourself in. Thank god it's taken them this long before the penny has dropped.

Another wicket taken with a no ball, its no longer just sloppy but downright incompetent.

No excuses for no balls what so ever. Must practice as you compete.
But why do umpires no longer call no balls? They just seem to rely on technology when a wicket is being reviewed. As a result bowlers are getting careless.

A morning session which was threatening to be another very good one for Australia eventually turned England's way. After reaching 332/3 Australia at lunch are 376/7, although Smith is still there on 110 after his no ball reprieve.

Australia all out for 481
