RE: NFL 2024-2025 Season - Boomerangutangangbang - 12-02-2025 10:36 ^^ As long as Mahomes & Andy Reed are in partnership the Chiefs will continue to be ever present in the post season. Andy Reed is 66, who knows how long it will be before he retires. Mahomes is only 29, he loves the competition & winning, he has time to pass Brady's record if the motivation is there, but it wont be easy. Brady stalled trying to pass Montana. The Chiefs have lost star players on offense over the last 2 or 3 years. Their increasing reliance on their defence is unsustainable. This season they won most of their games by one score. The draft & free agent market will be key to providing a number of offensive weapons, Kelce could retire, but if he stays he can no longer be the focus of the offense, he is still good but in decline. The O-Line is shocking that should be a priority. A star receiver & Running Back if Pacheco can't step up after injury. Difficult to rank a team historically, as you can only be successful in the present, the game has evolved so much. RE: NFL 2024-2025 Season - lovebabes56 - 12-02-2025 12:51 They probably missed Pacheco a lot on Sunday & probably you could be right about Kelce. And as you say, a lot rests on Mahomes' motivation - and Andy Reed being there. At 66 you have to wonder whether there is still a hunger for Reed to continue, but I think, several head coaches in the past were still coaching into there late sixties. I think Don Shula probably was one of the oldest coaches to win a SB. They definitely need to bolster the O-Line. RE: NFL 2024-2025 Season - Charlemagne - 12-02-2025 15:12 I usually support one of the teams in the superbowl. So do I support the team I hate the most or the player that I hate the most. Tough call but I went with Philly after the fans booed Taylor Swift. ![]() |
