RE: NFL 2025-2026 season - Boomerangutangangbang - 04-01-2026 09:08 San Francisco 3 - 13 Seattle The Niners couldn't get anything going on offence, the Seahawks has the 2nd best defence in the league. The Niners found it tough to get much running the ball & Purdy was constantly under pressure, he came up with some great improvised plays at times but just not enough with only 9 first downs & converting 2/9 on 3rd downs. To make matters worse the already depleted Niners defence lost more players through injuries during the game & somehow managed to stay in the game. The first half was the least productive for the Niners but a late Pineiro field goal made it a one score game at halftime. The 3rd quarter was scoreless, but the Seahawks scored an field goal early in the 4th quarter the lead 13-3. The Niners still had hope late in the game as they got deep into the Seahawks Red Zone, but a tipped ball resulted in an interception & they closed the game out. RE: NFL 2025-2026 season - Hobgoblin - 04-01-2026 19:58 It’s crazy how Packers keep losing but because Lions couldn’t handle their business it really is a case of what might have been. I think Lions would have been a better playoff team than packers but we will see how they handle the Bears at Soldier Field tonight. Also 4th place schedule confirmed with a packers loss. The loss of Micah Parsons for the final weeks of the season has exposed them. With Parsons I was hopeful of a good run in the play-offs. Without him, I don`t see us making it past the wild card round. RE: NFL 2025-2026 season - Boomerangutangangbang - 04-01-2026 20:36 The Packers have 2 great QB's, unfortunately neither are fit, Malik Willis looked amazing against the Ravens last week & kept them in the game until the 4th quarter, he should be a starter next season somewhere. Can't believe the slide from the Lions, now most likely to finish bottom of the NFC North, no on predicted that decline. They have plenty of young talent to bounce back. The injuries didn't help. This offseason should be interesting. There are possibly 9 teams looking for a starter next season. The Lions aren't that far from the top. They suffered a rash of injuries in the secondary. They do need to take of business within the division next season, easier said than done. Being swept by the Packers and Vikings did a lot of damage A 4th place schedule could go a long way for them next season. Gotta say, the Vikings defense played at an insane level the last few games. Really tough to win games with a 3rd string QB. RE: NFL 2025-2026 season - Louisetights - 04-01-2026 21:27 So despite losing to Tampa yesterday Carolina do take the division thanks to Atlantas win over New Orleans What a rollercoaster for both sets of fans the last 24 hours must have been RE: NFL 2025-2026 season - ukusagolf - 04-01-2026 21:56 (04-01-2026 21:27 )Louisetights Wrote: So despite losing to Tampa yesterday Carolina do take the division thanks to Atlantas win over New Orleans The slogan for some of the Division Winners shirts is "Been There, Won That" The Panthers (or their fans) can't possibly wear that with a straight face
RE: NFL 2025-2026 season - ukusagolf - 04-01-2026 22:08 This is the first time the Texans have made the Playoffs as a non division winner They've also been the opening game of the Playoffs every time they've made the playoffs That streak is probably going to end since they will be playing the AFC North Winner (a much more attractive match up for viewers) Panthers seem destined to open the Post Season
