RE: Ofcom Discussion - GMach1 - 07-06-2019 11:23 My guess is that the girl that has got Studio 66 into hot water was probably Fernanda Ferrari as she has regularly got carried away with her performances and gone a little too far for OFCOM's liking. Whatever the channels in general used to be able to get away with, they can't do now so hoping for the 'old days' is a thing of the past and it is also futile to suggest who should come back to the channels because most of the favourites of the last have got older and either retired or using Onlyfans as their outlet now. RE: Ofcom Discussion - andyjb - 18-06-2019 16:54 Studio 66 TV Studio 66, 27 November 2018, 10:00 to 11:55 Breach of Rule 32.3 of the BCAP Code https://www.ofcom.org.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0024/143934/issue-376-broadcast-on-demand-bulletin.pdf RE: Ofcom Discussion - ShandyHand - 18-06-2019 18:07 (18-06-2019 16:54 )andyjb Wrote: Studio 66 TV ^ Are you saying that was definitely Fernie jb? As reported a good while back that seemed to be the early part of 66's regulator troubles of late. RE: Ofcom Discussion - andyjb - 18-06-2019 18:59 I just posted the bulletin which contained the result of the investigation mentioned in Post 3732. Unless I misread the contents of the bulletins up until now, there have been some complaints which, after being assessed, were not investigated because they did not raise issues warranting investigation. |
