It's not a case of them giving her more shifts, they do, they just can't seem to give them to her when she can do them.
She did say so herself on her FB page so this isn't unsubstantiated.

When one of the girls isn't on very often, I usually blame the channel. So I hold my hands up for jumping to the wrong conclusion (yet again). The reality is obviously not that straightforward.
I hope something can be worked out. It would be great to see Elise appear more often in the future. She's a breath of fresh air.

Yeah, it'd be a shame for her to slip through their fingers due to their own stupidity.
