Here are some other sweets you might remember. The original MARATHON(none of that Snickers nonsense) and remember the tagline "comes up peanuts slice after slice"
I went to a theatre show once in Littlehampton when I was young and someone on the stage as part of their act would sing and then throw out sweets to the audience. One chap threw a packet of Jelly Tots out, but with such force it hit someone's drink and sent it flying. He was most apologetic. I also remember the others featured like Tiger Tots and Candy Tots.

I got this from my Dad for a birthday present once-in those days anything electrical me or my sister were given he would wrap the plug up first and give us a clue that it was something to plug in. Anyway he surprised me with this, the MATCHBOX Powertrack RACE AND CHASE game, as we were too poor to afford the proper Scalextric but I did love playing with it, making up my own stories to accompany the chases.

(My mouth is salivating at some of those very cheap treats and I remember every single ice lolly posted-look that the prices, you'd be hard pressed to find anything at that price these days)
