You won't have a leg to stand on mate. The same would go for a gig. If the leading act at a festival fails to show up, you absolutely 100% do not get a refund.
My friend is a lawyer and has told me about this sort of stuff.
Edit- You could try emailing them and venting if you like, they may choose to give you a refund, but if you tried to argue your case you wouldn't be entitled to one.

How's the Emily B & Toni Sam show doing? I'm thinking about joining the site again lol but if there's crap camera work / constantly annoying stupid zooming & no Toni i'll be really pissed of
