The producer responsible for the camera’s was sacked. I’ve been advised that the fine from Offcom in relation to this specific incidence, that happened over a year ago, has been paid. Anything further going on at Bang at the moment in regards to further incidences/fines I can’t comment on as I’ve not been involved in them.

Since that day my compliance was closely watched by Bang who confirmed that they were happy with it since then (which for me does take a lot of hard work and concentration, as I do tend to get very in to my sex chat and wrapped up in the moment!!!!). The way I’ve always worked is this: I’m given a boundary by the producer in charge that night and I push that boundary to the limit then bring it back again!!!! Many girls work the same, as these boundaries change all the time, so we rely on our producers to set and monitor these for us."

They aren't broadcasting - they are supplying the content that is broadcast. As far as Ofcom is concerned the licence holder is the 'service provider' - in this case, Playboy. As I said way back: that's why Playboy were found 'In Breach' when Elite overstepped the mark on 911 - it was Playboy's licence.

fernanda was on early bird there were 2 cams one for freeview/sky the other for the webstream which had a nice close up of her sexy ass. the sky/freeview had her face on at an angel. if the webstream is different to the tv then ofcom are not allowed to use it has it is not covered by ofcom rules. also the net does not belong to anyone. the idea and the coding belongs to one man who does not have ownership of the access to the net.
