A friend posted this on my Facebook (by Gary Graham)...

Thought For The Day..... If Scotland gains its independence after the forthcoming referendum the remainder of the United Kingdom will be known as the "Former United Kingdom" (F U K)...

In a bid to discourage them from voting 'Yes' in the referendum, Westminster has now begun to campaign with the slogan: "Vote NO... For F U K's sake".

Seriously WTF !!!

How can you renationalise BP as its a company based in London thats like if Milliband comes into power and says we are going to Nationalise Apple, Google and Amazon lol
you could buy all the shares of BP then make it into a national industy but that would bankrupt you not to mention the Billions and Billions of compensation thats still owed to the states for the huge spill from the straits of Mexico Wink

RE: Scottish Independence - The Silent Majority - 13-09-2014 08:36

I wouldn't worry about it, there's more chance of BP buying Scotland at a knock down price 10yrs after independance Wink

Thing is, there's an 18 month (at least) window between the vote and Big Jim's possible 'day of reckoning'
Plenty of time for big business to make a run for it, stopping at the border to bend over and say "kiss my ass" to Big Jim and Wee Eck.

Reading in the paper this morning that 8500 jobs will go from HM Revenue & Customs offices in Scotland as it is illegal for UK taxpayer info to be held in a foreign country.
