I'd imagine there's no shortage of replacements they could find. Someone leaving Cellcast wouldn't bother them because they'll just find someone else in the notice period, and the phonecalls likely won't ease up. The only loser will be the leaver.

The proof of this is Tammy, who is easily one of the prettiest and best performers, getting so little work.

I am afraid that I don't agree with you!! If a girl leaves what everyone knows is the tamest of the channels they are almost guaranteed to get more exposure (literally) and freedom to do what they want on screen!! This is particularly true of Charlie O who was confined to days on BS and is now confidently showing her naked body to all Elite's viewers!!

Hi guys

The afternoon girl on BSD1 was 10-15 mins late but when she appeared it was worth the wait because it was Jessica!! However my reaction was 'she's five hours early FFS!!'

I would have been much happier if it was LDM on now Jessica on the night shows!!
