A very valid point made here. The clear nub of the issue here though, concerns whoever is in charge 'ultimately' is ensuring the show does not perform to a high standard we all have come to expect!

Yea, that is not how it works in the babe show world. If anything, the performer is the one with the power and the producer is there to serve at their whim. Its not like the normal world.
Babestation is even worse where apparently most of the producers run scared of some of the more demanding girls.

The constant checking of her mobile phone is a problem with her and where most girls can be trusted to have their phones out of shot and stay off them during their shows, Tia clearly has a problem with that and maybe for her own sake, the producers should suggest holding her phone during her TV shifts.
On a more positive note, she seems a bit more active and into her show this morning. I even managed to get some decent CAPs of her. So maybe not all hope is lost with Tia yet.
