Was a huge fire in bolton in student accomodation went up quikly because of cladding and the fire alarms were not working properly lucky it wasnt another Grenfell

like you would hear it from the media today about a min total coverage on both bbc and sky combined !!

so far 2 were injured apparently the whole block was effected so prob lost a lot of the properties

See boris did a quick visit maybe because looks like its a marginal seat this time lol

I would say the way the fire was burning in footage I saw on the news, they are very very lucky not to have lost more properties that were situated around it, and that fire didn't spread further throughout the block. I think once we know more how how the fire started, then surely if the cladding was to blame, then it is up to the incoming Government to ensue that cladding is not allowed on ANY new building and all properties fitted with cladding have the cladding replaced as quickly as possible to ensure this type of incident is eradicated.

IF Bolton is a marginal I hope Boris will field his best possible candidate to fight it lol
