Chrome won't even open the forum but opera the site works fine

I was on the forum in the early hours and it was really slow, then very suddenly it was loading quick again. It happened at 1:45. I'm just hoping it stays like this.

This isn't anything official it's just my impression of what has happened.
The forum was down around 4pm this afternoon. I'm not sure of the timescale of how long that it was down (to me)
Since it's return the forum seems to be back to normal, for now.
