He did the same thing in the first leaders debate as well
Not surprising in a way because he tried to box Starmer in to a corner countless times with varying degrees of success. However in doing so he came across as a petulant, obnoxious bully.

Starmer failed to give clear and straight answers a lot of the time but that's hardly surprising. Labour have a large lead in the polls and don't want to give anything away.
It's a partial park the bus style of debating interspersed with a lot of critical references to fourteen years of Tory rule.

Sunak was pandering desperately to people considering voting for Reform by virtue of his answers. The allegation that Sunak is disastrously out of touch with ordinary people is correct but unfortunately some of them I suspect may well be tempted by Reform in the same way they were for Brexit.

The debate was poorly moderated imo but Sunak would have tried to talk over anything and everybody anyway which is why I would prefer each party leader to be subject to a two hour surgical interrogation by Andrew Neil.
That would get them pathetically wriggling and squirming their way to abject humiliation.

I have a postal vote. It's fuck all to do with age.

I just got in an hour ago, from a 16hr shift. If this had been the day, I wouldn't have had a hope of getting to a polling station.

It will never not be funny to me when people respond genuinely to such obviously insincere comments

I take it you mean me, without having the balls to actually say so.

I don't have a lot of patience for nuance after those sort of days.

I got an election communication today from a Reform UK candidate. However, I wouldn't be allowed to vote for him even if I wanted to as I don't live in the constituency in question.

something tells me Reform don't have a good database for their campaign if thery are sending letters to people in the wrong constituencies.

I hsven't even had anything from them.
