Quote:When asked if he thought about taking Balotelli off this afternoon, Mancini said: "I thought this after five minutes but in the end he scored two goals.
"He didn't play well. In a game like this the strikers should be the difference - but not in the last two minutes, in the minutes before.
"A player like Mario or (Edin) Dzeko should score two or three goals in a game like this.
"In this moment we need Carlos (Tevez), a striker who can do different. I want this."
A quote from Mancini explaining how he wanted to take Balotelli off after 5 minutes. Also he seems to think Tevez would be better then Dzeko or Balotelli.
Nice one Mancini!! Great way to make your players feel worthy, the guy you said would never play again is now the player you "need" and City had the cheek to call United desperate?!

an automatic 3 match ban for a dive. 5 matches for pretending somebody hit you (Perch!).
a second offence in the same season and they get banned for twice as long.
if the players were not getting paid during these bans, they would clean their acts up. and the managers wouldn't stand for it if the team was suffering as a result of their cheating.

In my opinion, I think thats a good idea, because you have to give tough punishments to get the players to respect football and stop the cheating

Glyfi Sigurdsson is on fire for Swansea, I say there will be a lot of clubs interested in him in the summer

I wish that Daily Mail journalist Martin Samuel would leave Chelsea and Torres alone and stop writing snide and biased articles against them. He should take lessons from Gary Neville on how to write an insightful and unbiased football article

I haven't seen or read it but it does annoy me when journo's write with an agenda. It's amazing how many people will buy into what journo's say, it isn't fact, it's opinion made up with cut and pasted quotes from years gone by.
Gary Neville is actually a decent pundit, it annoys me because he is a little rat faced twit but he does the job!
