But can't you see, it's precisley because of attitudes like this that Ofcom continue. So long as people like you roll over and take this bullying, Ofcom will continue. They're a bunch of crooks and their made-up-to-suit-them regulations need challenging.

What channels have been "shut down" for challenging Ofcom?

Do you know what? what would be better is if the public campaigned for more graphic sexual scenes on tv as it is you lot they are trying to protect.

The issue being discussed here wasn't "more graphic sexual scenes" on TV, just the issue of Cellcast being submissive to undefined broadcasting codes, unlike your "competitors", such as Bang Babes.

http://www.ofcom.org.uk/tv/obb/prog_cb/obb137/Issue137.pdf
When Ofcom tried their luck with Bang Media in July, Bangs response was:
"The content met generally accepted standards for a post-watershed programme in the adult section of the SKY EPG"
They also denied that the content was as strong as OFCOM stated.

Edit:
And this has been the type of show they have been showing since then:

No fines issued. No channels shut down.

Most of us don't have the time, and it wouldn't matter anyway since Ofcom don't really care what the public think. The only thing they're trying to protect is their own interests, they need to be seen to be doing something, so they go to war on these babe shows because they know the majority of the public don't really care what happens to these channels.

On top of that, like most things in the UK, it seems the minority take priority over the majority and they tend to be the most vocal. So the people who make the complaints (the ones who have no life and just like to moan for the sake of it) tend to get their way.

We are constantly fighting the compliance issue. We have channels on digital too now and it is tougher on there. You don't see bang babes on there do you? We are hardly submissive and that is an individual case. there are many sanctions out there. The viewers will always want more no matter what you give them.

To get back to the subject of the thread, rather than the discussion about Ofcom, can we say what direction Blue Kiss is headed in? It seems like it's now trying to be a cross between Babestation and Partyland?

What's Digital Too?

Sorry, Barrie, I had to ask this before we moved back on topic.

Ah! Thanks, Rammyrascal. By the way, Blue Kiss, that wasn't a flippant question. I genuinely wondered what you meant.

Well I'd like to say that getting Tiffany Heart from Babestation on Blue Kiss is a stroke of genius Blue Kiss Producer! She is blisteringly hot when she gets naughty, utterly beautiful, and the hottest body on any show. Tiffany is a winner and major crowd pleaser, look after her. She'll be kept very busy...!!!
