You're welcome...

Regarding UFC 112, I caught the end of the Matt Hughes fight and the two title fights... I thought Frankie Edgar got his tactics spot on and deserved to win. The Silva fight was half good, half bad...

There is a lot of speculation as to why Silva behaves this way in certain fights... Personally, I think it's become too easy for him. He seems to save his best for what he considers the best opponents, and that opinion clearly clashes with Dana White. Rich Franklin was his biggest test in the Middleweight division, but destroyed him twice. Dan Henderson showed in the opening round of their fight that good Wrestling can frustrate Silva, so GSP would definitely have the best chance of beating him with his Wrestling skills. If that fight happens and GSP fails, then Dana should put Silva in a handicap match with Brock! Wink Big Grin

I believe it's been announced that Chael Sonnen will face Silva next. Unsure quite when though.

Silva was on about fighting GSP next, but at the end of the day, Dana is pissed at him and even said to Silva and his management that he wouldn't be afraid to release Silva if he ever ruined another event with his goofing around!

well jake sheilds pulled off the biggest win of his carrer with a UD of dan henderson at the weekend in Strikeforce. haven't seen the fight but i have seen the bawl that happened after. mayhem miller didn't even let sheilds start his post fight interview before getting in his face about a rematch. all shields training partners from cesar gracie fight team including both Diaz brothers got involved and it all went off.

think Miller got what he deserved, attention whoring and stealing someone else's big moment, can't really condone the rest though it was at least 5 on 1 before security and Big john mcarthy (what a ref) broke it up.

What a penis of a boy! Reminds me of the Mosley stunt after the Mayweather fight. I couldn't do something like that to someone after there fight... He's obviously just trying to push the rematch through! Hope he loses. Aldo v Faber coming up on sat night should be a good watch. Can't wait for Rampage v Suga at the end of may!

RE: UFC - Ducky - 19-04-2010 16:09

I haven't seen this Strikeforce event in full yet, but bladdy hell, the way the Diaz brother layed the boot in while Miller was on the ground?! Crazy and will be lucky if Strikeforce allow him to attend events in future

RE: UFC - 199lives - 19-04-2010 18:27

its quite odd but strikeforce are doing to find it difficult to punish anyone 'cos 3 for there 5 champions were in the brawl. i know they were throwing lots of cheap shots but i think thats why people like the Diaz's, they constantly look pissed off and ready for a fight.

RE: UFC - groundnpound - 25-04-2010 14:52

Total destruction by Jose Aldo last nite MMA fans! He was in total control from start to finish! Landing plenty of excellent leg kicks and totally ripping the heart out of Faber by the end of the 3rd round, leaving him almost unable to put weight on his left leg and eventually having to be helped out of the ring by his team... Was a really impressive display by Jose Aldo.

RE: UFC - 199lives - 26-04-2010 16:28

welll first round was close but after that Aldo put on a beat down, so accurate with speed and aggression. fabers tough as nails though don't know how he survived being in that crucifix at the end of the third.

RE: UFC - groundnpound - 26-04-2010 16:48

He's a tough guy man. Some damage he must have taken to his left leg! Another Brit up next at ufc 113 Paul Daley.U guys think he'll win?
