I think Delta's gorgeous but I do agree that sometimes it appears she doesn't really want to be there, which is fair enough I guess since it's a job like any other, it just doesn't entice me enough to spend £1.50 a minute calling her.

I often get the impression quite a few of the girls, across all the channels, don't want to be there - not too surprising, but as you say, in a customer facing occupation you have to be able to pretend you do in order to 'get the punters in'. Same in all jobs, some customer facing people are fantastic and others are not so.
