Look closely at the complaint. It's an exact transcript of a section of the show. It's obvious, someone has recorded the show, and watched it over and over, to get that much detail. Which means this person wasn't shocked by it at all.

It's just a malicious attempt by a rival channel to get a competitor fined.

If Ofcom can't see that, then it's about time they were dissolved, and the regulatory system passed onto another body.

I assume the transcript was done by an ofcom employee, who obtained a recording of the show from Elite, following the complaint by someone.

Actually, I'm beginning to think that even without a rival channel's complaint, that someone at Offcom are watching the videos and making the complaints themselves, only pretending it's from someone else. Not that any complaint should matter though.

I'm sure we're all still dying to know how OFCOM's rule 2.3 - "offensive content must be justified by the context" - doesn't allow for adult scenes and language to be seen and heard in an adult programme after midnight on a channel in the "adult section of the EPG". Kinda boggles the brain doesn't it? Clearly, OFCOM have no fucking brains, just bullshit opinions.

How many under eighteens were "harmed and/or offended" by this supposed breach of rule 2.3?
How many adults, who presumably tuned-in to watch semi-naked phone babes performing on Elite, were "harmed and/or offended" by what they saw? Just the ONE complainant was it? Just this ONE deranged prick, who's clearly too fucking dumb and stupid to choose a channel more suitable for their infantile mind to comprehend, was it?

I don't know what sort of fuckwits the OFCOM Content Board are but they're clearly the most ignorant, purient tossers outside the Vatican City. These wankstains make me sick. They insult the intelligence of every liberal, broad-minded citizen in this land.

If it is "harm and offence" that OFCOM are so fucking concerned about then it actually makes no fucking difference whatsoever what 'the context' words like "clit", "pussy", "tits", "arsehole" etc. are uttered. Such words are always offensive to those that find them offensive and, as these and far stronger terms appear regularly after 9pm on mainstream TV, singling them out for OFCOM's special treatment on a show intended for liberal, broad-minded adults simply PROVES the unfounded bias and unhinged beligerence OFCOM choose to display toward all adult-oriented 'adult sex material' on TV. OFCOM are not balanced in their deliberations. They're not correct in their assumptions. They act like rabid Nazis, certain in their cause to eliminate all that is just not quite British enough according to their own narrow-minded and warped imaginations.

They have gone easy on the protection of under 18s argument for about a year now.
