If you do look at the forums regularly you will know that I'm not pleased about your service and how callers are kept in a queue yet the babe is indicating on screen that her line is free...not happy at all...and it's not just the customers that aren't too happy either..

yeah spot on, i gave up calling this night time show about a year ago, three babes on the bed not on calls just waving the handset, so you call @ £1.50 per min if you're lucky, then listern too all the rules and regs only to be told that all the lines are busy, but you can see none of the girls are on a call.............total rip off..............Sad

Hof no offence but that rule is kinda dumb about registration, how many kids these days get bought contract phones for christmas as they are under 18. It is in the parents name therefore they will come up as over 18. It will stop the odd few but not enough to warrant this sort of thing surely??
