It's my understanding I could be wrong, that the system works differently for different channels, there will be shift rates, hourly rates, rates based on caller interest. I'd imagine the highest earners are the babes who get the most callers on the night shows, i'd think its a flat rate pluss extras based on how many calls they brought in. Also I dont see how those posting that £50 per hour or £300 a shift is not acceptable
ermm hello a 'shift' consists of one nights work like 6 hours maybe if a babe does 3 days a week she has just earned £900 in one week and had 4 days off (Not accounting for any additional modelling work they do which could be a awful lot more). Most people have to work 37 hours to get £300 not 6 hours. Plus that is more than likley the bottom end of the market. If I was a decent lookin female i'd consider it. I mean that is pretty decent to lie on a bed in your knickers talkin to a guy on the phone about how much you want their cock (Not saying its easy, it'll be stressful and you'l get the share of morons been abusive). They must be paid well relatively speaking compared to other 'normal' jobs, otherwise the shows wouldnt excist. To attract the kind of calibre babe the shows have it's got to be decent money.
