I used to do it five or six times a day a few years back but it's gradually declined to about once a day, sometimes two or three if I'm really horny and have no plans. Sometimes I do two in a row if I'm really horny.

Being married to a girl with a bigger sex drive than myself means its been quite a few months since i last had a wank.

Well I've actually calmed down since my last post and am at a happy 2-3 per week. Works a stress and that often results in lower levels of desire, even for spanking the monkey. Probably why I've not been on the forum for a bit.
